Front vs Back Squat Alignment

Teaching you all a little bit today about the differences between…back squat and front squats. Look at the angle of each squat. You are straighter on the front squats than back squats. To work on that flexibility is getting stronger lower back and shoulder flexibility and opening up those psoas muscles. We, triathletes and runners, tend to have tight psoas muscles.
